Inter‑Con is Everywhere Security Matters. Primary Responsibilities Greet and process all personnel and visitors, administer appropriate badge identification, and provide assistance when necessary. Answer all incoming calls, appropriately direct them and log voicemail. Report/monitor suspicious persons, calls and/or events, in coordination with Client and Inter‑Con Security/Facility stakeholders. Additional duties (i.e., Parking Validation, Package Tracking, Security Access/Video Monitoring) as required. Assist in emergency safety/security response efforts. Eligibility to work in the United States. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Guard card or BSIS Certified and First Aid CPR/AED Certified – required (training available). Previous experience working in concierge/reception or security roles is a plus. Courteous behavior and ability to interact and manage contact with general public. Ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations. Computer proficiency and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Some scheduling knowledge. Work Environment and Schedule Job operates at client sites. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during daily activities.
