COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $420K, commensurate with experience
SUMMARY: Seeking a mid-level Fund Formation Associate with a strong fund formation and/or investment management background and a desire to manage the fund-side work of high profile clients in emerging companies and venture capital.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience focused on private fund formation and investment management, including some experience representing venture capital and growth equity funds
- Bar membership to the state where a candidate will be practicing is required
- Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and client management skills
