Sample Operations Manager

To optimize the end-to-end sample operations process, the full-time remote Sample Operations Manager will build and manage systems for tracking marketing samples, coordinate cross-departmental requests, and ensure timely delivery for product launches and photoshoots. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end sample lifecycle and maintain a centralized sample management system Manage all sample requests and prioritize competing needs to align with marketing campaigns and product launches Serve as the primary operational contact for overseas vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely resolutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, or a related field 4+ years of experience in apparel product development or sample management Experience working with overseas factories and vendors Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
