Join Blue Ridge Boat Rentals! We are looking to add a few new friendly faces to our team starting mid-April! As we gear up for our fast-paced busy season from May to September, we are seeking reliable individuals to join our family-oriented environment. Our mission is to provide white glove service for our guests and members! We have an established clientele who returns to our business annually and expects great service along with an amazing time on LBR!

Ideal candidates should be:

• Family-friendly, as we primarily serve families and children.
• Highly reliable and adaptable to a high-speed work environment.
• Available to work weekends, with a specific requirement for Sundays.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions, as many roles are outdoors.

We have both part-time and full-time positions available with morning and evening shifts. Prior boat knowledge is a plus, but we provide training for those eager to learn.

Launcher- PART TIME (30 HOURS)

• Must be able to back a trailer!
• Must have a clean drivers license!
• Must be family friendly!
• Must have reliable transportation!
• Must be a team player!
