Summary: As the first and last point of contact for dining guests, this individual plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience through exceptional customer service, efficient cashiering, and professional hospitality. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced food and beverage setting.

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner; maintains superior customer service to all guests at all times.
• Completes all financial transactions in a friendly and timely manner.
• Completes all tasks required to receive a daily MNGE vault issued bank, including reporting and tips reconciliations.
• Actively complies with all Title 31 regulations as required/instructed.
• Manages reservations and wait lists.
• Properly seats guests following the assigned rotation of sections to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adheres to proper phone etiquette as directed by Management.
• Ensures Host areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.
• Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment.
• Ability to perform all duties associated with all Food & Beverage operations and all related and compatible duties as required and/or assigned.
