IB3 Subject Matter Expert / Business Analyst

Job Description:- Our client is seeking an experienced IB3 Subject Matter Expert / Business Analyst to provide deep domain expertise in insurance policy administration systems. This role focuses on delivering business analysis and system optimization within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Serve as a subject matter expert on the ID3 life, health, and annuity policy administration system
Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering for insurance domain initiatives
Provide guidance on policy administration workflows, processes, and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements
Document and communicate technical and business requirements to development teams
Support implementation, testing, and deployment of policy administration solutions
Train and mentor team members on ID3 system functionality and insurance domain concepts

Requirements

10-15 years of experience in insurance policy administration or related domain
Deep expertise with the ID3 policy administration system (life, health, and annuity)
Strong knowledge of StoneRiver and Sapiens platforms
Comprehensive understanding of insurance domain, products, and regulatory requirements
Proven business analysis and requirements definition experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines
