Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry Unit

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour schedule from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with telemetry experience to join our Observation Unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be comfortable handling a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret telemetry data.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the charting system.
Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or a related specialty.
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
