Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Dish Cleaning: Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Support Staff: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all items are ready for food preparation and service.
• Waste Management: Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Inventory Maintenance: Assist in keeping track of kitchen supplies and notify management of shortages.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen support role preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
