The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility to work occasional late nights or weekends. The family will guarantee 40 hours per week. The role offers competitive compensation of $45+ per hour, along with paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and a health insurance stipend. The nanny will support the newborn’s feeding, diapering, sleep routines, developmental milestones, and overall well‑being while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. The nanny should be knowledgeable about infant development, safe sleep practices, and age‑appropriate stimulation during the early months.
