The Role: We're looking for a Junior Underwriter to join our growing E&S Personal Lines Underwriting team. This is a launchpad role for someone early in their career, who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a mission‑driven company at the intersection of climate and insurance. You’ll work alongside experienced underwriters and gain hands‑on exposure to our underwriting processes, risk evaluation models, broker communications, and real‑time quoting workflows.
