A/C Maintenance Tech

We are looking for an experienced AC Maintenance Technician to join the team at our newly constructed Bella Ridge South apartment community to provide excellent service to our residents and to help keep the community running smoothly!The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing repairs, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various appliances, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins.The AC units are on the ground at Bella Ridge North and South apartments.Maintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to:Performing routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)Responding to resident service requests with a friendly and positive demeanorKeeping the property in top shape with preventative maintenanceCollaborating with team members to improve service efficiencyWhat we are looking for:Experience in apartment maintenance or a related fieldKnowledge of basic repairs and troubleshootingAbility to work on-call as neededAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningMust be certified to work with refrigerant. We can assist with testing and certification.Tools, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
