Production Coordinator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join their team. As a Production Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Coordinator Pay Range:$ 22-$24hr Shift: 7am - 3:30pm What's the Job? Review incoming customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness. Confirm order details with customers when clarification is needed to prevent errors. Verify revisions, quantities, due dates, pricing, and shipping requirements for each order. Create production jobs within the ERP system JobBoss to facilitate manufacturing processes. Generate and assemble complete production travelers and release accurate job packets to the production floor. What's Needed? High School diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in production administration or related fields. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with ERP systems such as JobBoss. Experience in reading manufacturing drawings is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools. What's in it for me?
