IT Technician

Position Summary: Under general direction of the Technical lead and/or Director of IT, responsible for installation and maintenance of the software, hardware and related peripherals while ensuring optimal system performance. Provides hardware and software support for users according to established policies and procedures in a timely, professional and accurate manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED - plus three (3) years progressive work experience in computer desktop support or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree preferred. Certifications in A+, Network+, Cisco and Microsoft are preferred. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
