Pay Package (Travel)

• Weekly Gross: $2,303.00
• Weekly Taxable: $882.00
• Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,421.00

Local Pay Rate

• $57.00/hour

Schedule

• Day | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• 3x12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Hours/Week (24 Hours Guaranteed)
• Every Other Weekend
• No Call
• Must be willing to float as needed

Facility Overview

Glens Falls Hospital is a 410-bed community hospital serving New York's Adirondack region. The ICU provides comprehensive critical care services and requires experienced travelers comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Critical Requirements — Read Before Submitting

• Minimum 5 years RN experience required
• Minimum 3 years recent ICU/CCU experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• EPIC experience required (must be noted on profile)
• Must be willing to float to Med Surg/Tele units when needed
• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Active New York RN License required
• NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency Registration Certificate must be included with submission
• Maximum 5 days RTO accepted and must be disclosed at submission

Required Certifications

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

Required Experience

• 5+ Years RN Experience
• 3+ Years ICU/CCU Experience
• Prior Travel Experience
• EPIC EMR Experience

Required Submission Documents

• Updated Resume
• Skills Checklist (within 1 year)
• 1-2 Supervisor References (within last 2 years)
• Current NY RN License
• Current Nursys Report
• BLS & ACLS Certifications
• NY Temporary Healthcare Staffing Agency Registration

Additional Details

• EMR: Cerner
• Scrubs: Any solid color (no designs, cartoons, or hoodies)
• COVID Vaccine: Encouraged, not required
• Orientation: 8 Hours Non-Billable
• Verbal De-escalation Training Required (Welle or CPI)
• 14-Panel Drug Screen Required within 24 hours of offer acceptance
