We are seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join our team assembling precision components used in medical equipment, agricultural machinery, and government applications. This is a hands-on role where you'll use hand and power tools, read blueprints, and build high-quality products in a climate-controlled facility. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and measuring equipment Read and follow blueprints and work instructions Inspect parts and ensure product quality Work with small parts and detailed assemblies Support production goals while maintaining safety and accuracy What We're Looking For 1+ year of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience with calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools is a plus Reliable work history and strong work ethic Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a contract to hire position based out of Shakopee, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $26.45/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
