What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with field leadership to understand their talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance our recruitment efforts, ensuring the highest quality hires for KBP Brands.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, fostering diverse applicant pools through various channels.
• Maintain a relentless focus on finding the best talent, demonstrating exceptional interviewing and communication skills.
• Stay ahead of hiring trends, leveraging cutting-edge recruitment processes and technologies to attract top candidates.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a proven track record in recruiting for multiple locations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing a variety of ATS and recruiting platforms, showcasing your tech-savvy nature.
• A sense of urgency and a can-do attitude, coupled with a deep desire to discover and hire the best talent in the industry.
• Knowledge of restaurant and/or retail operations is preferred but not required, showcasing your understanding of the unique demands of our industry.
