CDL-A - Dedicated truck driver role at Schneider The role of Dedicated truck driver involves hauling home improvement supplies in dry van trailers across AR, CO, KS, MO, ND, NE, and SD. You will deliver 10-12 loads per week, 100% no-touch and 95% drop‑and‑hook freight, with weekly home time. • 5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire – Schneider’s self‑paced online certification training will help you secure it.
