Back Purchasing Assistant Buyer/Purchasing Belmont , New Hampshire Temp Per Hour Aug 24, 2026 $20.00 - $25.00 KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company near Franklin, NH, that is looking to add a Purchasing Assistant to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with AP or purchasing experience who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Enter and process purchase orders accurately within the company's system Review purchase orders to ensure proper coding and accuracy Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate purchasing records Identify and correct coding or data discrepancies Support the purchasing team with day-to-day administrative and transactional needs Maintain organized documentation related to purchase orders and purchasing activity Assist with additional AP and purchasing-related responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or related accounting/administrative experience Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to accurately review and code purchase orders Comfortable working with Excel Experience with Viewpoint is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team Compensation is up to $25/hr DOE. #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
