The Overlay Trade Operations team is responsible for managing trading controls, exception oversight, and operational integrity for the firm’s UMA Program. This role plays a critical part in supporting the end-to-end trading lifecycle and ensuring adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex operational scenarios. The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to process improvement, risk mitigation, and the evolution of trading oversight within the UMA platform. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred 4+ years of experience in a financial services environment (or equivalent) required Strong industry knowledge including an understanding of rules and regulations and how they impact the business area Must have proven problem solving, decision making and critical thinking skills Must have the ability to proactively identify risks and design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong time management and organizational skills High level of learning agility Experience working across different software applications, i.e. Excel, SQL, Power BI, to analyze data and utilize macros, formulas, and queries. What Could Set You Apart Previous experience with Advisory programs Series 7 license Advanced experience in tools and applications used to analyze data Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
