Associate Merchandiser, Lifestyle & Accessories

The Associate Merchandiser, Lifestyle & Accessories supports the creation, implementation and delivery of seasonal product strategies that achieve the financial goals and KPIs of the merchandising team and the broader organization. This role plays a critical part in day-to-day merchandising operations, with ownership of key go-to-market processes that enable successful seasonal execution. The Associate Merchandiser is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, partnering with key stakeholders to bring assortments from initial concept to launch.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Design, Product Development) to execute seasonal assortments
• Participate in milestone meetings and market appointments, supporting timely alignment and decision-making
• Manage style set up and maintenance in PLM, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data throughout the development lifecycle
• Coordinate sample needs across the development and go-to-market process
• Prepare and maintain Product Knowledge documents; communicate product details and updates to partners
• Support market preparation, including but not limited to sample organization, system set up, market materials and internal communications
• Assist Director and Manager with weekly, monthly and seasonal sales analysis to inform future assortment decisions and identify emerging trends
• Conduct competitive analysis and help identify white space and growth opportunities within Lifestyle categories

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of related experience in Merchandising or Product Management
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Highly collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Independent self-starter who demonstrates initiative and sound problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of retail math concepts and their application
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PLM systems strongly preferred

Base Salary/Hourly Range: From $70,000 to $85,000 annually*

Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
