Flexible Behavior Assistant - Path to RBT & Training

Positive Behavior Supports Corp.

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Corvallis, Oregon. This part-time role allows opportunities for full-time growth as caseloads expand. Key responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Applicants should have a high school diploma, experience in ABA therapy preferred, and be able to engage clients effectively and lift up to 50 lbs.
