Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for a defined group of patients following established standards and the nursing process.
- Assess patients, develop a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of various levels of nursing staff on the unit.
- Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
- Document care in the medical record accurately and promptly; monitor patient status and respond to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California (state of practice)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient setting
- Willingness to fulfill travel assignment requirements as applicable
