What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from members regarding checking, savings, debit cards, and account servicing needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service while navigating multiple systems.
• Resolve member concerns efficiently in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Work with a supportive team focused on delivering world-class service.

Schedule Expectations (Must Be Flexible)

⚠️ The schedule is one of the most important parts of this role.

• Start times range from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• End times can be as late as 8:30 PM
• Must be willing to work one weekend day most weeks
• Schedule flexibility is required and shifts are generally not changed after assignment
• Fast-paced environment with back-to-back member interactions

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must pass an FBI lifetime check
• Must pass a credit check (generally less than $6,000 in collections )
• Must be able to verify previous employment
• Must be able to verify education credentials

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
