Inventory coordinator

Randstad is looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join the team at a premier automotive industrial leader. Responsibilities

• Act as the point person for coil inventory, running daily toll reports, analyzing consumption data, and ensuring our warehouse team has the "pick slips" they need to keep material moving
• Manage the "tripping" and receiving of mill-owned materials based on monthly requirements, ensuring every specification matches our high standards.
• Created Purchase Orders, manage new vendor onboarding and maintain address book
• Manage safety equipment vouchers (boots/glasses), handle badge updates, and organizing facility-wide events and meals
• Utilize BOT emails, Gerber systems for signage, and specialized inventory tools to maintain real-time status updates for the Sales and Production teams
