Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Line Leader to oversee various departments such as Materials, Logistics, Warehouse, Aluminum, Caliper Machining, and Caliper Assembly. You will be responsible for managing production lines and ensuring efficient operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of a designated line, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Prioritize orders and determine the sequence of parts to be processed.
• Conduct lineside meetings and manage project schedules using lineside boards.
• Facilitate communication between shifts by attending shift handoff meetings.
• Ensure the line is equipped with the correct parts for each production run.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Communicate staffing needs and production requirements to supervisors.
• Perform line checks using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Address employee or associate issues and communicate them to supervisors.
• Implement and promote process improvements and adherence to the 5s methodology.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Findlay, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
