Position Full‑time Management Development Program Trainee. Compensation: CAD 52,500 per year, with profit sharing and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation assistance may be required across Canada. Program Overview The program spans 3.5 to 4 years and is broken into four phases. Phase 1 (12 months) – Warehouse and customer service: build product knowledge, gain hands‑on experience with logistics, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, and financial statements. Phase 2 (12 months) – Customer relationships and procurement: manage large‑scale projects, read blueprint drawings, and create material quotes. Phase 3 (15–18 months) – Account management and proactive sales: find new business opportunities, sell products, negotiate contracts, and develop customer partnerships. Phase 4 (3 months) – Leadership and operations: provide strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, and run the business. Responsibilities Progress through the program phases, learn all aspects of business operations, develop a sales territory, provide world‑class customer service, and receive guidance from managers and teammates. Upon completion, assume a manager role at a Canadian Profit Center location. Qualifications University degree or college diploma, all disciplines considered. Positive attitude and results‑oriented mindset. Desire to continuously learn and grow. Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity. Ability to work well independently and in a team setting. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong interest in sales. Valid driver’s license.
