You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate application of customer payments, resolving account discrepancies, and supporting overall financial operations. Career Growth: Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Your Responsibilities Accurately prepares, posts, verifies and records customer payments. Applies credit memos to appropriate invoices. Research and reconcile customer accounts including unapplied payments, misapplications, and billing errors. Records write‑offs to the appropriate general ledger accounts. Performs other related duties as assigned. Effectively communicate with customers, internal and external, in a professional manner and through several mediums of communication. Your Qualifications An associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field of study; or a minimum of one year of experience in Accounts Receivable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, copier, and phone system. Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Understanding basic accounting principles including debit and credit entries. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to type 40+ words per minute and complete 10‑key entry.
