Compensation & Perks

• $20.00-$22.50/hour, is our target range depending on experience
• Eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus ($500 at hire, $1,000 after 6 months)

What You'll Do

As a Float Teller (Member Service Representative), you will:

• Deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for members
• Build strong relationships by understanding member needs and providing products & solutions
• Confidently process financial transactions and maintain accuracy
• Solve problems and respond to member inquiries with curiosity and care
• Adapt quickly to different teams and branch environments
• Support branch success by stepping in where needed and helping maintain a strong member experience

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Cash handling and retail or sales experience preferred
• Ability to travel between branches within the North King region (Redmond, Bellevue)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be bondable
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available
• Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law
• Bonus experience (not required): Leadership, training, or sales experience

What to Expect in This Role

No two days are the same. You may support a busy branch one day and step into a new team the next. Your ability to build relationships, adapt quickly, and provide consistent service will make you a valued partner across multiple locations.

Our Hours

To best serve our members, this position requires an in-person schedule. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM or 9:15 AM - 5:45 PM, with rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM, affording a day off during the week. This is a full-time position ranging from 35-40 hours in a typical work week. Your daily work location will vary based on branch needs primarily located within Redmond and Bellevue . Our regions are designed based on locational proximity to provide you with reasonable commutes.
