What You’ll Do

• Provide urgent care medical treatment to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up)
• Diagnose and manage common urgent care cases including minor procedures like lac repairs and ear irrigations
• Use Epic EMR to chart all patient visits effectively
• Independently handle high patient volume as the sole provider
• Maintain excellent patient and staff communication, demonstrating soft skills and professionalism
• Follow all credentialing and training requirements, including EMR training
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions (mandatory Wednesdays)

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid NC medical license and NC DEA registration
  • Board certification in specialty (e.g., BC, NCCPA, NP Boards)
  • At least 12 months of urgent care or primary care experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
  • Good communication and soft skills
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience seeing adult and pediatric urgent care patients
