What You’ll Do

• Provide adult and pediatric urgent care services to patients ages 6 months and up
• Handle high-volume patient flow independently as the sole provider
• Perform minor procedures, including lac repairs and ear irrigations
• Document patient encounters thoroughly using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and safety standards
• Participate in training sessions prior to starting shifts

What You Need

Required:

• Active North Carolina NC license and DEA
• Minimum 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience
• Board certification (board-certified PA, Family NP, or NP)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system
• Strong soft skills for one-on-one patient and staff interactions
• Ability to see and treat all patients independently

Preferred:

• Experience with high patient volume settings
• Familiarity with minor emergency procedures

About the Assignment

Join a dedicated urgent care team providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations. The facility values compassionate, efficient providers capable of managing all aspects of adult and pediatric urgent care independently. Training and onboarding will be conducted on scheduled Wednesdays, and participation in training is mandatory for continuing with the assignment.
