Benefits: Bonus based on performance About the Role: Sure Shot Express LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Over-the-Road Truck Driver to join our growing team based out of Jordan, MN. Responsibilities: Operate a commercial truck over long-haul, OTR routes across regional and national corridors Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight to customers and distribution centers Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate logs using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) per FMCSA Hours of Service rules Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues Secure and verify loads to ensure cargo integrity throughout transit Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws Requirements: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) required Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable OTR or long-haul truck driving experience preferred Clean MVR and satisfactory background check Working knowledge of ELD systems and DOT/FMCSA compliance Ability to be away from home for extended periods as required by OTR routes Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines Self-motivated, dependable, and professional with excellent communication skills About Us: Sure Shot Express LLC is a trusted trucking and freight carrier proudly operating out of Jordan, MN, built on a foundation of reliability, safety, and driver satisfaction.
