Job Skills / Requirements HIRING IMMEDIATELY Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time Security Shift Supervisor at one of openings in the Stockton, CA area . Schedule specifics will be discussed during interview. This position offers a pay rate of $23.00/hr - paid weekly . Anticipated start date July 13th, 2026. Requirements: CA Guard Card/ 40-hour Certificate preferred. Minimum two years security officer experience. Experience with two-way radio communications. Able to regularly position at a standing post and perform foot patrols for extended periods of time and distance. Successfully complete Sunstates background check which includes a 10 Panel Drug Screen and the client’s more extensive background check. Can clearly and concisely understand and communicate information and ideas in written form. Exceptional report writing skills and the ability to observe and report incidents accurately. Experienced with Microsoft Office applications. Must have experience with Microsoft Suite applications. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Maintain composure and a proactive attitude toward arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision. Prepare all required written reports in a timely manner, including Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports. Operate phones, radios, and computer systems and applications such as MAC IOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suites. Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels for emergencies and potential issues. Follow site-specific post orders, pass down messages, and comply with employee handbook guidelines at all times. Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office or industrial complex. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Education Requirements (All) High School diploma or equivalent.
