Working with a Joint Commission accredited agency One to one patient care We promote from within 401K Part of a team with RN Oversight Employee referral bonus Currently offering a sign on bonus of $200 Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Duties Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes Providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive client care outcomes Provide accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing process Conduct ongoing assessments Participate in health/therapeutic counseling, teaching and emotional support to the client and family/caregivers Prepare, administer, and appropriately document actions taken specific to commonly prescribed oral, topical, subcutaneous and intramuscular medications.
