Lead, Protocol Auditor (30025)

Pentagon Technologies is an elite service provider in the critical and controlled environment arena with a primary focus in the Semiconductor, Data Center, and Pharma/Healthcare Industry. Our Technical Site Services group specializes in cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, world class cleaning and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced Protocol Lead to join our team.


Summary:


The Protocol Lead plays a key role in delivering successful semiconductor, data center, and mission-critical projects. This position provides on-site leadership, direction, and coordination of field teams while ensuring client standards, safety expectations, and schedules are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of cleanroom protocol, and readiness scopes.

• Direct field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.

• Translate project objectives into clear daily assignments.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment needed for execution.

• Support tool installation readiness and turnover activities.

• Act as liaison between the field, supervisors, and project management.

• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure quality standards and documentation requirements are met.

• Assist with training and development of technicians.

• Travel to customer sites nationwide as required.

Your Experiences, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years of experience in cleanroom protocol, or controlled environments preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to lead crews and drive productivity.

• Strong understanding of safety practices in mission-critical environments.

• Ability to read schedules and execute against deadlines.

• Clear communicator with both field teams and leadership.

• Comfortable working extended hours and traveling

Work Environment:

Must be able to function well in an office environment. Must also be able to work in a controlled chemical and wastewater environment. Must also be able to perform in a laboratory environment. Persons who are sensitive to chemical environments with such medical conditions as asthma, allergies, or extreme sensitivity to chemicals may not be considered as good candidates for this position. Must be able to travel to the Pentagon Technologies Facilities in the continental US as required. Must be able to travel to Vendor and Customer facilities within the continental US as required.


Physical Demands:


Must pass Company required screening tests. The employee is regularly required to sit and stand, reach with hands and arms and perform light routine office work, which includes computer workstation usage. Should be able to pick-up 25 lbs. on occasional or regular basis
