Senior Financial Analyst - US Distribution

Senior Financial Analyst position within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech DePuy Synthes organization, supporting US Distribution operations. The role involves financial performance tracking, budget management, forecasting, and strategic financial guidance to distribution and warehousing teams across multiple office locations.
Responsibilities
- Track financial performance and provide financial guidance to distribution business partners
- Develop financial forecasts, budgeting analyses, and complex financial reporting for strategic decision-making
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities including consolidation and analysis
- Advise distribution, warehousing, and transportation teams on budget management and resource allocation
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize expenditures and capital investments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of finance business experience with strong technical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across organizational levels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in complex, dynamic environments
- Proficiency with data analytics, digital tools, and financial systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and recommend process improvements
