Taco Bell - 1118 Big Bethel Road - Responsibilities: Coach and develop restaurant leadership team to achieve guest satisfaction and operational excellence; Assist Restaurant General Manager with scheduling and staffing to optimize service levels; Support budget and P&L management to grow top-line sales and control costs; Lead by example to foster a positive, productive work culture and ensure compliance with brand standards; Assist in training and developing Team Members and future AGM/AGM levels
