\nClient is preparing to open a new adolescent inpatient unit in St. Augustine, Florida, and is seeking an experienced Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to support the launch and early growth of the program.\n

\nThe unit is designed as a smaller adolescent inpatient program with a gradual census ramp. The census is expected to reach approximately 8 adolescent patients by the end of the year, providing an opportunity for a psychiatrist to become involved in a new program without immediately managing a high-volume patient population.\n
\n
\nThe position can be structured as either part-time morning coverage or a full-time role, depending on candidate interest and program needs.\n
\n
\nThe Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluation, treatment, medication management, and clinical leadership for adolescent inpatient patients.\n
\n
\nThis is an opportunity to play an important role in establishing and supporting a new adolescent psychiatric program while working closely with an interdisciplinary team.
