Novoflow Full-Stack Engineer Opportunity
At Novoflow, we are building the modernizing layer to the entire healthcare market. We deploy computer agents to automate anything in the front or back office. There's over 400 EHRs in the market today - it's a fragmented and legacy market. Novoflow is the solution.
With multi-year contracts secured and strong investor backing from YC advisors and top investors, we're scaling fast to meet skyrocketing demand.
We're seeking a full-stack engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch. You should take pride in your work and write high-quality, scalable code. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Build Product: Rapidly contribute to our SOTA Computer Vision models and Voice AI products, eventually owning your own product or product lines.
- Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.
- Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems.
Who You Are / Must-Haves:
- Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Prior Experience: 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States.
- Backend Skills: Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python (we also build voice agents!)
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficient with AWS and Postgres.
- Scalability: Familiarity with Docker is a big plus.
- Regulatory: Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful.
