HVAC Service Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Minimum of three (3) years HVAC field experience with diagnosis and repair required. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills required; ability to identify root cause of HVAC system failures and perform complete repairs. NATE certification or Arizona Heat Pump Council training preferred, but not required. EPA Certification required. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components. Service commercial and light commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, PTAC units, and multi-family equipment. Experience with low and medium-temperature refrigeration systems preferred or willingness to learn. Assist with HVAC equipment replacements or project work when needed. Assist with HVAC/R equipment installations or construction-related work when needed. Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers. Operate hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. Read schematics and equipment diagrams. Maintain service documentation in Service Titan. Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
