Make an impact supporting elementary-aged students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in communication disorders, either onsite or virtually, in a collaborative educational setting. You'll serve a caseload of approximately 90 students, providing both assessment and intervention to help each child reach their communication goals.

Ideal candidates possess:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience providing SLP services in schools or pediatric settings
• Familiarity with both onsite and teletherapy (VOCO) service delivery
• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of 90 students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families

Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech/language assessments and developing IEP goals for elementary-aged students
• Providing direct therapy—either onsite or via telepractice—aligned with individual needs
• Collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participating in meetings and trainings as needed
