Receptionist

Description Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys being the first point of contact for an organization? We are seeking a Receptionist to create a welcoming environment while supporting daily administrative operations. Bilingual required. Candidates who are not bilingual will not be considered. Job Type Full-time Duties And Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Determine the purpose of each visit and direct or escort individuals to the appropriate location. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take accurate messages and schedule appointments. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Maintain filing systems and accurate recordkeeping. Assist with booking employee travel arrangements, including hotel and flight reservations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. High level of professionalism and discretion. Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and related office software.
