Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires indoor/outdoor work to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour until assigned a route Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek Majority of work does not include nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Requisition Number: 229275 Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
