SERVICE MANAGER – PARK CITY

This individual is responsible for all daily operations in the service and repair procedures for Switchback Sports.

Compensation:

Salary - $22-$24 Hourly

Benefits – 401k, 4% match, Monthly Healthcare Stipend, Ski Pass, Pro Forms

Job Responsibilities:
•       Must have knowledge of all service offerings and related equipment.
•       Must have experience tuning and repairing winter related ski equipment.
•       Responsible for overseeing the service and repair of customer and rental related equipment. 
•       Must exhibit strong leadership skills.
•       Able to oversee maintenance of rental inventory, all repair shop tools, machines, and equipment.
•       Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees as well as guests.
•       Hire all positions related to service.
•       Create SOPs to be used in all locations for – tuning, repairs, pricing.
•       Manage service staff – assist with hiring, training, etc.
•       Manage ski tuning, mounting, testing, bike tuning and repair.
•       Research and execute service equipment and buy accordingly. 
•       Responsible for all repair inventory such as wax, ptex, hole plugs, etc.
•       Make sure all rental equipment is maintained. 
•       Order all supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance of shop area and rental equipment.
•       Reports to General Manager and Owner.
•       All other duties, activities and processes as assigned.
