- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
Provide direct patient care in a Stepdown unit.
Monitor and assess post-cardiac surgery patients.
Titrate cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Esmolol).
Manage patients on BiPAP and Airvo.
Recognize and respond to patient deterioration.
Float to Med-Surg as needed.
Document patient care using Epic EMR.
Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/Acute Care RN experience.
Experience with post-CV surgery patients.
Proficient in cardiac drip titration.
Experience with BiPAP and Airvo.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts (7 PM–7 AM).
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. Day 1 Dental, Health, Vision insurance. Referral bonus and extension bonus.
