About the Role

We’re a growing family law firm seeking a skilled Attorney who can balance professionalism with a positive, people-first attitude. If you enjoy litigation, guiding clients with empathy, and taking ownership of cases from start to finish, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and protective orders.
• Craft strategic case plans using your legal knowledge, creativity, and judgment to deliver excellent results.
• Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Provide clear, compassionate counsel to clients navigating difficult transitions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with our paralegals and attorneys to provide seamless client support.
• Manage deadlines and case progress with precision.
• Be prepared and efficient—honoring the time of clients, courts, and colleagues by staying organized and responsive.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed attorney in Utah (required).
• 2+ years of family law experience strongly preferred.
• Courtroom confidence and the strategic mindset to build persuasive, well-prepared cases.
• Someone who is curious and committed to continuous learning—willing to ask questions, improve processes, and lead with knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-first culture and takes pride in making others look good.
• A team player with a sense of humor - because law is serious, but we don’t have to be 24/7.
