We are growing our high-performing Membership team and are looking for a motivated, experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be speaking with warm prospects and members who already know FoundersCard, including free trial users, current members, and former members.

• High earning potential with a base salary and uncapped monthly commission
• Warm leads only — no cold calling

• Make high-volume outbound calls, 150+ per day, to current and former members
• Convert free trial users into paid members
• Drive renewals, reactivations, and retention through consultative conversations
• Clearly explain membership benefits and identify opportunities to increase member value
• Re-engage lapsed or inactive members with professional, relationship-focused outreach
• Manage a pipeline of follow-ups, upgrade opportunities, and renewal activity using our CRM tools
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections with confidence and empathy
• Work with leadership and marketing to improve outreach strategies and messaging

• 5+ years of outbound sales, inside sales, retention, account management, or call-based sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, KPIs, or performance goals
• Strong communication skills with a polished, confident phone presence
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by hitting goals
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong sense of ownership
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Ability to work in our Spring, TX office four days per week, with one remote day per week

• Base salary: $70,000
• Total OTE: $85,000+, with uncapped commission upside for top performers

$70,000 - $85,000 a year

Base salary of $70,000 with a total on-target earnings (OTE) of $85,000+. Commission is uncapped, so top performers can earn well above OTE.
