Information Technology Field Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Field Technician to help support day-to-day technology operations across office environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working directly with users, and keeping systems and devices running smoothly. You’ll provide onsite support for hardware, software, networking, and general IT operations while helping ensure employees have the tools and access they need to stay productive. What You’ll Do Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other office technology Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and IT equipment Support Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity troubleshooting Handle equipment deployments, upgrades, replacements, and device setup Assist with IT asset tracking and inventory management Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account and system setup Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of IT support or field technician experience Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows systems and business applications Experience supporting hardware installations and peripheral devices Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs Experience working with ticketing systems or IT service management tools Strong communication and customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
