Set in a collaborative school environment near Yuba City, this contract position spans from August 4, 2026, to June 4, 2027, offering 35 hours weekly. With two openings available, you’ll help shape individualized learning experiences while working alongside passionate educators and support staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Holds an active California Moderate/Severe or ESN Credential (or equivalent)
• Background in providing specialized instruction and support to students with moderate to severe needs
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable and patient, prepared to tailor programs to diverse learner profiles
• Committed to creating inclusive, positive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dedicated instruction tailored to individual education plans (IEPs)
• Develop, modify, and implement lesson plans to address students’ unique learning needs
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and therapists
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to regulatory standards
• Foster a supportive, nurturing space that encourages independence, confidence, and academic growth
