Business Intake Specialist

To assist a leading national law firm, the contract Business Intake Specialist will work remotely to review and finalize new client and matter intake forms, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures while communicating effectively with end users. Key responsibilities Process and audit data entry for new client and matter requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with data entry standards Maintain data entry standards and communicate issues to users, providing necessary education on compliance Monitor the Business Intake Inbox and fulfill requests, including updating client and matter information Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in general office work, including data entry and related duties GED or High School Diploma; BA/BS or substantial industry work experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of a professional services organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with document management software preferred Able to type 50+ wpm and produce a high volume of detailed work efficiently Virtual Vocations Inc
