Senior Product Manager, Growth (PLG)
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our product-led growth engine.
You will own the roadmap and execution for our self-serve product experience, improving onboarding, activation, conversion, and monetization. This is a hands-on role where you define what to build, work with engineering and design to ship it, and use data to drive results.
What you'll do:
- Own and prioritize the PLG roadmap tied to activation, conversion, and revenue
- Turn insights into clear product specs, requirements, and Jira tickets
- Work closely with engineering and design to deliver features end-to-end
- Run experiments across onboarding, paywalls, and pricing
- Use product analytics and user feedback to identify and fix friction
- Define and track key metrics across the funnel
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience with strong ownership of roadmap and delivery
- Proven experience in PLG or freemium SaaS
- Comfortable managing execution in Jira or similar tools
- Strong ability to go from idea to shipped product
- Data-driven with good product judgment
- Clear communicator who can align teams and drive decisions
