Moncada Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, motivated Insurance Sales Lead / Office Manager to help lead our team and manage daily office operations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can produce sales, coach employees, maintain accountability, and guide the team toward monthly and annual goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales goals through new business, cross-selling, referrals, and retention.
• Lead daily sales activities and motivate the team to remain focused on production.
• Monitor calls, quotes, follow-ups, pipeline activity, closing ratios, and sales results.
• Coach team members on prospecting, objection handling, cross-selling, and closing.
• Conduct daily huddles, role-playing, and individual performance reviews.
• Hold employees accountable for meeting activity and production expectations.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
• Help open and close the office and ensure daily procedures are completed.
• Assist with customer concerns and difficult situations.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and positive work environment.
• Provide regular updates to the agency owner regarding team performance and office needs.
• Lead by example through professionalism, dependability, and personal production.

Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience required.
• Prior leadership, management, or team-training experience preferred.
• Active Florida 2-20 or 2-44 insurance license preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, performance goals, and accountability.
• Ability to balance personal sales production with leadership responsibilities.
• Dependable, professional, solution-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters.
